Deep well pumps, fire pumps, and submersible pumps are widely used in daily life and production. Different water pumps are used under different operating conditions to effectively exert pump performance and make them more economical. So, in what environment are deep well pumps, fire pumps, and submersible pumps used?
The commonly used deep well pumps are the long shaft deep well pump, which is an energy-saving water pump mainly used in hydropower stations, thermal power plants, urban water plants, etc., with a head range of 0-350m and a flow range of 0-5000m ³/ h. The wellbore diameter is required to be between 100-950mm, suitable for extracting clean water without corrosion at room temperature, with a compact structure and a small footprint.
Fire pumps include electric fire pumps, diesel engine fire pumps, vertical single stage fire pumps, and horizontal single stage fire pumps, which can be used for fire water supply in different environments. Users need to choose appropriate head, flow rate, and depth of entry according to their actual needs. Fire pumps mainly pump clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The water quality is neutral, with a pH value of 6.5-8.5, and the medium temperature is below 80 ℃, which must comply with the national fire pump standards, Performance should meet the actual needs of users.
Submersible pumps work underwater, commonly including underground submersible pumps, stainless steel submersible pumps, and submersible sewage pumps. The first two are used to transport non corrosive clean water, while the latter is used to transport sewage and wastewater. It is more convenient to choose according to the condition of the medium and the purpose of use.
When users are unsure how to choose a suitable water pump, it is recommended to seek help from a professional water pump manufacturer, explain your usage purpose and environment, and then measure the depth of the well and the required flow and head according to the situation.
